Provide a drawing, 3D file, or even photos of a sample. Include material, quantity and target timeline. The more complete your RFQ, the more accurate the quotation.
Step 2: Design for manufacturing review
Good suppliers review your design and suggest changes that lower cost or improve quality — often without compromising function.
Step 3: Samples and approval
Prototypes or pre-production samples confirm fit, finish and function. This is the moment to sign off tolerances and appearance standards.
Step 4: Pilot run
A small pilot run validates the mass-production process, packaging and inspection criteria.
Step 5: Mass production and delivery
Production runs under process control, with inspections at each stage and shipping documents prepared for customs clearance.
