Yes. For machined and fabricated parts we usually make prototype samples within 3 to 7 days. For injection molding, we can provide single-cavity prototype tooling or 3D-printed samples first. Sample costs are often refundable against your first mass-production order — we confirm the terms in writing before you pay.

Our MOQ is flexible. Prototypes start from 1 piece, and mass-production MOQs depend on the process and part size — typically from 500 to 5,000 pieces for machined parts and from 1,000 pieces for molded parts. Tell us your annual demand and we will plan production around it.

Yes. We regularly work from customer drawings, and we also offer design assistance through our engineering team — material selection, DFM review, surface finish recommendations and cost-down suggestions, all before production begins.

Our factory operates an ISO 9001 quality system with incoming, in-process and final inspection. Every order ships with a quality report, and you can request third-party inspection at your cost before shipment. Non-conforming parts are replaced or reworked at our expense.

We ship by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight or sea freight depending on your urgency and budget. We can quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. All shipments include export packing and full shipping documents.

We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C at sight, PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance for eligible orders. Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment; other terms can be discussed for long-term programs.

Prototypes: 3 to 7 working days for machining, 15 to 25 days for injection mold sampling. Mass production: 15 to 30 days depending on quantity and process. We confirm the exact schedule in the quotation and report progress weekly.
