Send us the model you are interested in, or your target specifications, and we will confirm sample availability, quantity and terms in writing — including whether sample costs can be credited against your first production order.

If you have specific requirements — sensitivity, impedance, size or packaging — include them. Our engineers review your request and send a quotation with lead time within 24 hours.

Our MOQ is flexible. Sample orders start from 1 piece for evaluation, and production MOQs depend on the model and packaging. Tell us your annual demand and we will plan production around it.

Yes. We regularly work from customer target specifications. Our engineering team supports custom frequency response tuning, impedance options, tube or non-tube variants, and tailored packaging. Send us your target acoustic performance and assembly requirements, and we will recommend the best starting model for your design.

Receivers are produced in 100,000-class cleanroom facilities and tested in our acoustic testing laboratory, with 100% testing before shipment. Every model ships with an official datasheet, and matched pairs can be arranged on request. We can also provide inspection reports and photos with your order.

We ship by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight or sea freight depending on your urgency and budget. We can quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. All shipments include export packing and full shipping documents.

For export orders we primarily accept T/T bank transfer, with standard terms of 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Payment terms can be discussed for long-term programs.

Lead times depend on the model, custom tuning and order quantity. Sample preparation and production schedules are confirmed in writing with every quotation, and we report progress so you always know where your order stands.
