We design molds in-house and validate them with DFM analysis before cutting steel. That means fewer surprises, lower tooling cost, and a shorter time to first samples.
Production & secondary services
After sample approval we move to mass production with process-controlled parameters. Printing, pad printing, ultrasonic welding, assembly and export packaging can all be arranged in the same facility.
